The Studzilla Framing System is Hexaport's advanced light gauge steel framing platform. It combines guided Snap Track Technology with engineered stud and track geometry to improve framing speed, alignment, and structural performance.

Traditional steel framing often depends on repeated measuring, alignment checks, and field correction. Studzilla's Snap Track Technology reduces those steps by guiding spacing and placement directly in the track, helping crews frame faster with greater consistency.

Mega Hat Wall System

A high-efficiency wall system featuring a total wall thickness of 8-3/8" with 6" studs and trusses spaced 4 feet apart. The system incorporates 1.5" hat sections into its panels, available with built-in hat sections at either 16" or 24" on center.

The built-in hat sections provide superior shear and bracing support, resulting in a structure that can withstand greater forces and deliver unmatched stability. This system allows for significant material savings without compromising durability, reducing overall weight by 2-4 pounds per square foot.

Designed for strength, efficiency, and practical installation. It can function as a finished exterior with a painted finish or accommodate various siding materials. When insulated, it achieves an impressive R-30 insulation rating.

Quick Frame & Header System

The traditional process of laying out and measuring studs is reduced significantly. Instead of repeatedly measuring every 16 inches or 2 feet and checking center alignment, Studzilla's grooved tracks guide studs into designated positions.

Once positioned, the top track serves as a header and helps lock the wall into square, repeatable alignment. Assembly can be completed with simple screwing, reducing the need for extra bracing, clamps, and layout correction.

The system is designed to support faster, more consistent framing. By reducing repeated measuring and layout error, crews can move from wall layout to assembly with fewer interruptions and better repeatability.
